To explore new ideas, processes & techniques addressing original design problems
To apply new media in the design process
To explore projects that address current and actual challenges, and deal with the urban dimension in architectural design

present an opportunity for students to creatively explore new ideas,
theories and techniques and to integrate their personal research in the
generation of a comprehensive design project
To encourage students to collaborate on a project of significant complexity, simulating an actual design problem that necessitates team work

- Common areas - lounge / bathrooms / kitchen: 100m2
- Workshop area : 50 m2
- Leisure or relevant use: 30m2
- Shop: 10m2
- Circulation: 10-20%
- Outside common areas: at least 100m2
